For more than two decades, my work has centered on creating spaces where people can slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with what is true for them. Through sound, creative expression, and sacred space, I offer grounded spiritual guidance that is experiential, heart-centered, and rooted in the rhythms and real life of the natural world around us through an embodied spiritual practice.

Housed within a historic church, it brings the natural world indoors through art, beauty, and creative expression offering a grounded space for reflection, connection, and embodied spiritual presence.
