My back ground and history
TEACHING:
I began teaching spirituality and personal development classes back in 2001 at a local continuing education organization as well as community college. Around that time, I was also starting to do some holistic health consultations around the mind, body and spirit connection and started my own organic health and wellness line. I really believe in the mind, body and spirit connection and feel that is the way to our happiness in life. I have taught well over 800 classes and facilitated over 700 weekly study group sessions all around the mind, body and spirit approach to wellness, spirituality and personal development.
READINGS:
A couple years after I started teaching, I began doing readings using tarot and oracle cards as well. First for friends and family and then seriously through different events and parties. The cards were a great “in” for me to be able to read someone’s energy field, aura and future possibilities. Since then I have done close to 1000 readings for people all around the world and now channel messages of love, light comfort and healing in all my sessions and readings with people. I use the cards on occasion as a teaching tools for my intuitive students and when others ask me for visuals.
COACHING:
As a holistic health practitioner and total mind body and spirit advocate, I have spent many years of my life in coaching and guiding individuals to live a happier healthier life, follow their bliss as well as do more of what makes their soul sing. To date I have done close to 900 private 1:1 sessions either in person, over the phone, or through zoom. It it truly one of my favorite things to do. It’s not just enough to give some one a reading and then never seem them again, no, I want to make sure that what they want to do, be and have in their life, we can co-create and do together therefore creating a full-blown blue print that is uniquely matched and created for them. This is where my soul sings.
FOUNDED Heart Centered Living
Back in 2006, I founded Heart Centered Living a community organization which is now an online community network of artists, healers, environmentally friendly businesses, and spiritual leaders of all kinds focused on living an inspired and fulfilling life through a total mind, body and spirit approach.
ORGANIZED RETREATS AND HEALTH FAIRS
I organized and ran annual 2-day women’s retreats where other facilitators and presenters would come in and share their services, and expertise with a group of women wanting to learn about self-care, intuition and holistic practices. This included overnight accommodations, food, open and closing ceremony/ritual, drum circles as well as a gift shop on the premise.
I have organized numerous health and spiritual fairs as well as holiday and craft fairs through the years taking applicants from the numerous talented artisans and holistic practitioners within the Heart Centered Living community.
HIRED AS A SPIRITUAL DIRECTOR
From 2010-2015 I was hired as the Spiritual Director at a church in an urban neighborhood 45 minutes from where we lived at the time with a focus on running the children’s Sunday school program with an attendance of around 30 children that came right off the streets with no parents to accompany them. I also organized many speakers and programs for adults focused on living a healthy, happy and heart centered life in that church as well.
RAN A COLLEGE MASTER MIND GROUP
From 2013-2014 I was asked to run a master mind group as part of the SUNY Broome entrepreneurship program. And then in 2015 through the Master Mind program I began to implement a new system and approach to balancing work and home life through a project that myself and the business teacher collaborated on called the HIVE plan, which we are currently working on as a published book and personal/professional balanced life system. .
CHILDREN’S EDUCATION
As a children’s enrichment educator, I ran several different programs for kids and their families to learn how to get closer to nature and believe in themselves, with a focus on being good stewards for the earth.I have curated a whole line of magic and make-believe items that are used for both entertainment as well as educational purposes to empower, educate and entertain children of all ages. And have created a full-on curriculum geared towards families with children ages 6-12 who want to learn about Native American Culture, How to make earth day every day as well as magic and make-believe. 
NATIVE AMERICAN CONNECTIONS
I have also been adopted into what is known as the Mother Earth Tribal Drum and Dance group by a Cherokee Clan’s Mother where I traveled to different Indian festivals to perform on the drum and do Native American story telling for the audience and crafts for for the kids.In addition, I have constructed 3 medicine wheels and facilitated teachings around the medicine wheel for 3 years now.
STUDIED BUDDHISM
Studied Buddhism with a respected and known teacher for 15 years and attended various classes, retreats and empowerment weekends with teachings focused on Green Tara, The Medicine Buddha, Cultivating World Peace and Open Heart Meditation.
ENERGY PRACTITIONER
I became a Reiki Practitioner in 1998, and then again in 2011. Became certified in Amadeus Healing in 2012. And then created my own healing modality called SHINE which stands for SOUL HEALING INTEGRATIVE NATURAL ENERGY and was channeled to me during 2012 by high level Christ consciousness Ascended Mastery Beings and incorporates shamanic practices, light language, and various frequency tools, and techniques that clear, heal and transform energetic patterns that no longer work for you.

MINISTER
And in 2011 I became an ordained minister in the order of Melchizedek where I have performed 6 weddings, and 2 funerals. 
CURRENT
In my own home town where I recently moved three years ago, I started the “make a joyful noise campaign back in March of 2020 where I would go down every night to ring our 1000 ton bell at 7:00PM along with other people from the town to show our love and solidarity during the time of lock-down. Our fire department also joined in for at least 2 months straight as well. Now there are just a few of us that have kept the tradition alive but it has been a wonderful reminder that we are not alone and has brought so many of us together then ever before.
Currently I have manged to manifest two dreams within the last three years. One to own and operate my very own spiritual healing center and two to own and and live in an 1869 Gothic Revival church where we offer several different classes and trainings on intuitive development, higher self studies and soul purpose. The Heart Light Center, our 1869 Gothic Revival church we call home and as well as our Spiritual Center for healing, creativity and empowerment is a beacon of light and joy for spiritual seekers all over no matter where you are at on your journey.
